An air conditioning inspector will produce an energy efficiency report on commercial or domestic air conditioning systems and those installed in public buildings. The TM44 air conditioning reports produced by qualified Energy Assessors will allow you to comply with your Carbon Reduction Commitment obligations, Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations (EPBD Article 9) and to complete your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

We will put you in touch with air conditioning inspectors in London and throughout the UK. They provide independent advice to landlords, property management companies, builders, solicitors and building owners.

Reports from air conditioning inspection companies allow system owners to assess the performance of an air conditioning system, enable informed decisions to be made and identify opportunities highlighted in air conditioning inspection reports to save energy, reduce costs, improve the efficiency of air con systems and to reduce the CO2 emissions generated by air conditioning equipment.

An air conditioning inspection will highlight inefficient plant and may suggest low cost ways to improve energy efficiency to save you money such as filter cleaning or changing components such as fans. It will also help you to ensure that your air conditioning cleaning and maintenance regime is sufficient and effective and that the system is being used efficiently. Suggestions may be made to replace old systems that have low energy efficiency ratings to reduce your air conditioning costs in the long term.
